In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phjuy" / "we" / "us" / "the Company" refers to the operator of phjuy.net, the online gaming platform available to eligible Filipino players.
• "Platform" means the phjuy website accessible at phjuy.net, including all games, software, features, tools, promotions, and services made available through it.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the phjuy Platform or who accesses or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the phjuy Platform, used to access games, manage funds, and use platform features.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's phjuy account wallet, denominated in Philippine pesos (₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other incentives granted by phjuy to a Player's account, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by phjuy to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions in their current version, as amended by phjuy from time to time.

To register and use phjuy, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine regulations for online casino-style gaming. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines and legally permitted under applicable law to participate in online gaming.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Any misrepresentation — including a false name, address, date of birth, or contact information — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a phjuy employee or business partner.
• You may hold only one (1) phjuy account. If you have previously held an account that was suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms, you are not eligible to register a new account.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including any self-exclusion you have previously applied through phjuy's own responsible gaming tools.

By completing the registration process and clicking the confirmation checkbox, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete. phjuy accepts no liability for losses incurred by ineligible players who circumvent these requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phjuy account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phjuy accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your phjuy account and update it immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• phjuy strongly recommends enabling SMS-based or app-based two-factor authentication on your account for additional security.
• phjuy will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify phjuy support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. phjuy will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing.

phjuy employs 256-bit SSL encryption and real-time fraud monitoring to protect player accounts and transactions. However, no digital system is entirely immune to risk, and you are expected to take reasonable precautions on your end to protect your account.

All financial transactions on phjuy — including deposits, withdrawals, and in-platform transfers — are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phjuy wallet within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection, potentially triggering a full account review.
• phjuy does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside phjuy's control.
• Self-imposed deposit limits set through phjuy's responsible gaming tools will be applied before processing. A deposit that exceeds your active limit will be declined.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. In cases where this is not possible, phjuy will request alternative withdrawal details.
• phjuy reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or during active fraud or security investigations.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements are met in full.

phjuy offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phjuy reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and may withdraw or modify a promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Unfulfilled bonus balances will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only unless otherwise stated. Real money funds in your wallet are not affected by bonus wagering requirements and remain withdrawable at any time.
• Players suspected of abusing promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will have their bonuses cancelled and may face account suspension.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• phjuy reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where it determines, in good faith, that a bonus was claimed or used in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

By participating in any game on the phjuy Platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, bingo, and e-sabong — you agree to the following gameplay terms:

• All games on phjuy are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live games, conducted by trained human dealers. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of any actions taken by phjuy.
• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your bet before confirming it.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, software bugs, or connectivity interruptions — phjuy reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. No compensation beyond the returned stake will be offered in such cases.
• phjuy's internal game logs and transaction records constitute the official record of all gaming activity. In cases of dispute, phjuy's server-side records take precedence over any client-side display or record.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game type and may be adjusted by phjuy at any time.
• phjuy reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable from any single bet or gaming session where an extraordinarily large payout is detected, pending verification of the win's legitimacy.

For sports betting specifically: odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or event organiser.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjuy Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and — where applicable — referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phjuy, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or to automate betting activity.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's code for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structured deposits or withdrawals designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with phjuy.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward phjuy staff or other players through any platform communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account, personal information, or funds without authorisation.

phjuy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Filipino players seriously. Gaming on phjuy is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We acknowledge that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take active steps to support those who may be at risk.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours after modification.
• Loss Limits: Loss limit controls automatically pause gaming activity when a defined threshold is reached within a set period, preventing further losses until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: phjuy can send automated session duration alerts to remind you how long you have been playing. These can be configured in your account settings.
• Cool-Off Period: You may request a temporary account pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time. During a cool-off period, login access is suspended. The cool-off cannot be cancelled early once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who require a longer break may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, the account is fully locked and no promotional communications will be sent.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that phjuy may, at its discretion, impose account restrictions or contact you directly if our systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour. This is done in the interest of your welfare and in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory standards.

All content on the phjuy Platform — including but not limited to the phjuy brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of phjuy or its licensors.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any phjuy content without prior written permission from phjuy.
• Game content and software available on the Platform may be subject to separate intellectual property rights held by third-party game providers. Use of such content is governed by the terms agreed between phjuy and those providers.
• The phjuy name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of phjuy. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media accounts, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.
• phjuy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of phjuy's intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, phjuy's liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms is limited as follows:

• phjuy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause or the theory of liability.
• phjuy is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, hardware malfunctions, third-party payment provider errors, or any other event outside phjuy's reasonable control.
• phjuy does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur, and phjuy will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and notify players in advance where possible.
• In all cases where phjuy is found liable for direct loss, the maximum aggregate liability of phjuy to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your phjuy account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit phjuy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

You acknowledge that all gaming on phjuy involves real financial risk and that gaming outcomes are governed by chance. phjuy is not liable for gaming losses incurred through normal gameplay. You participate at your own risk and are solely responsible for your gaming decisions.

phjuy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your privacy matters to us, and we are committed to handling your personal information responsibly and transparently.

• The personal information you provide during registration and KYC verification — including your full name, date of birth, address, contact details, and government ID information — is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.
• phjuy may share your personal data with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification partners) strictly for the purposes of delivering phjuy's services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• phjuy may be required to disclose your personal information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities where required by law or regulation.

• phjuy uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform and for analytics purposes. By using the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

Either you or phjuy may terminate your phjuy account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Termination by You

• You may close your phjuy account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion.
• Account closure requests submitted while active wagering requirements are pending will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus funds and any associated winnings. Real money balances remain withdrawable.

Termination by phjuy

• phjuy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or security risk.
• In cases of termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), phjuy reserves the right to withhold any remaining balances pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, balances may be frozen indefinitely pending referral to the appropriate authorities.
• phjuy may also close accounts as part of a market withdrawal or regulatory requirement, in which case reasonable notice will be given and all legitimate balances returned promptly.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the phjuy Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• Any dispute between you and phjuy that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Philippine law.
• Before initiating formal legal proceedings, phjuy encourages players to raise disputes through our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
• In cases involving gaming-related disputes (such as contested game outcomes or bonus rulings), phjuy's internal records and the independent audit logs of our game certification partners shall constitute primary evidence.
• phjuy operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Players who believe phjuy has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may escalate complaints directly to PAGCOR through official PAGCOR channels.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phjuy with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
